Read moreCCogir is proud to announce that all its retirement residences across Alberta have successfully received three-year accreditation from CARF International (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), a globally recognized independent accreditor of health and human services. This accreditation applies to Assisted Living in all residences, with the exception of Chateau Renoir, where it recognizes Independent Living.
This significant achievement demonstrates our commitment to delivering the highest standards of care, safety, and service quality to seniors and their families. CARF accreditation is awarded following a rigorous evaluation process that measures excellence in areas such as resident well-being, governance, health and safety practices, and person-centered care.
“This accomplishment is a reflection of the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of our teams across Alberta,” said Matt Gavora, Senior Regional Director of Operations. “Earning CARF accreditation at every residence shows our residents and their families that they can have full confidence in the quality, consistency, and reliability of the services we provide at our residences across the province.”
CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor that sets globally recognized standards for health and human services organizations. Accreditation signifies that an organization not only meets but exceeds internationally accepted benchmarks for quality and continuous improvement.
Residents and families can be assured that by choosing a CARF-accredited retirement residence, they are choosing a community that prioritizes excellence in service, transparency, and a culture of continuous growth.
