With many municipal facilities in need of renovation, we are working alongside the cities to reimagine their attraction pole to make them friendlier. We rely on our real estate expertise and our awareness of human behaviour to transform them into places where people can enjoy life and entertain themselves.
This new project will be located in the Varennes city centre. Varennes is a municipality on Montreal’s South Shore. This infrastructure project will be built on the site of the city’s former arena and will include a multiple-purpose centre and two residential buildings, each featuring 16 dwellings. The multiple-purpose centre will have many uses, including a gymnasium for the sports team, a hall with a 250-person capacity for special events, rooms for the city’s various leisure activities, a dance hall, and much more.
