Cogir Real Estate Secures Its First Multi-Residential Management Mandate in British Columbia

Cogir Real Estate’s expansion continues as the company begins managing five rental housing properties in Abbotsford, British Columbia effective May 30^th 2022. Under this new mandate, 285 additional housing units are joining the great Cogir family. The acquisition of these buildings by a long-time Cogir Client and partner is what made this mandate possible.

The Abbotsford buildings feature a large selection of one and two-bedroom apartments as well as some three-bedroom units. Ideally located, near all necessary services and many parks, including Mill Lake Park, the properties are an attractive choice for young families as well as single individuals and couples seeking a pleasant and secure living environment.

Supporting this new mandate, Mr. Leslie Bessey as joined Cogir’s team of Regional Directors. Mr. Bessey brings to Cogir his extensive industry experience and a reputation for professionalism and a compassionate management style.
