A pandemic means adaptation! Inaugural activities of new rental buildings are now virtual!

It is always a cause for us to celebrate with our tenants when a new building is inaugurated. It is a great time to meet and to talk.

In these exceptional times, our various teams have drawn on their creativity to celebrate together… from a distance!

That’s right! All our tenants have received an invitation to join an on-line gathering where the building’s management and other project stakeholders have had the opportunity to welcome them. Afterwards, servers, wearing the appropriate protective gear, have professionally brought wine and tasty finger food to the apartments.

The tenants enjoyed this little extra touch and took advantage of the opportunity to make acquaintance while respecting social distancing.

Their smiles were quite revealing!
