Mostra Centropolis Is Officially Open and Announces New Phases to Come

Cogir Real Estate, Cominar and Divco are inaugurating Mostra Centropolis’ first building, Phase A, the 193-rental unit which is 80% leased, together with Phase B, featuring 170 rental apartments. With the success of both Phase A and Phase B, a third 187-door phase is being announced. The outcome: a vibrant new 550-turn-key-apartment neighbourhood connected to Centropolis is born. Phase delivery is planned as follows: Building A is now open, Building B will greet its occupants in January 2025 and Building C will come on line in June 2026.
