These recently constructed residences are adding to our geographic diversification with one being located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield and the other in the Anjou Borough.
“These are beautiful, well-located residences. We are looking forward to meeting with our residents and with the teams working there who have been the subject of highly favourable comments,” says Yves Duguay, vice-president of retirement home operations.
Les Terrasses Versailles feature 467 apartments, most of which cater to active retirees. It also includes a 16-apartment nursing unit as well as an intermediate resource, comprised of another 16 apartments. Strategically located near the Galeries d’Anjou, Halles d’Anjou and Place Versailles shopping centres, the residence also features many common areas designed to make each day enjoyable: bistro, library, rooftop terrace offering a breathtaking view of the surroundings, indoor swimming pool, gym, movie theatre, bowling lanes and even a woodworking shop. There is always something to do at Terrasses Versailles!
The 184-unit Le Dufferin caters to active retirees. Located in the heart of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, only a short distance from the pastoral Promenade du Centenaire and facing Centre Valleyfield, this residence is the ideal place for the region’s retirees wishing to enjoy their days to the fullest. In addition to its studios and one or two-bedroom apartments, residents can enjoy a bistro area, a gym, a billiard room, a computer room, as well as a comfortable rooftop terrace where they can relax on a warm summer’s day.
With the addition of these two properties, the Cogir residences in the province of Quebec have some 11,000 apartments throughout the province to offer to active retirees and to people needing assistance with their daily lives.
