Cogir is pleased to announce that it has been given a new management mandate in the beautiful Saint-Jérôme region. Manoir Les Retrouvailles, a 108-unit senior citizens’ residence is now part of the great Cogir Retirement Home family.

That’s right! Cogir Real Estate has been given the mandate to manage the property by Mr. Richard Zaki, the representative of the current owners on February 1st. “We wish to express our great appreciation for the confidence they are showing Cogir by handing over the management of this residence that has been so important to them since 2007. Our goal is to maintain the excellent services currently being given to the residents, while at the same time, letting them discover those little touches that are unique to Cogir retirement homes,” says Cogir Management’s President, Frédéric Soucy.
