Cogir is pleased to announce that it has been given a new management mandate in Blainville. The Manoir Fontainebleau, a 123-unit senior citizen residence is now a part of the great Cogir retirement home family.

Last Friday, Cogir Real Estate received this management mandate from owner Matthieu Tremblay. Located in the heart of Blainville’s Fontainebleau District, this retirement home is close to a wide range of services. Led by General Manager Johanne Gravel, there are more than 30 new colleagues currently working in the residence who are joining the Cogir family.

Cogir Real Estate already operates some retirement homes in Montreal’s northern suburbs, notably in Saint-Jérôme, Saint-Eustache and Bois-des-Filions. The addition of Manoir Fontainebleau provides greater service choices to the area’s seniors seeking to live their retirement in a residence managed by Cogir. Its location, midway between an urban and a natural setting, makes it a desirable residence for active retirees.
