Griffin Square Joins the Multi-Residential Property Management Portfolio

Cogir Real Estate is delighted to announce that the company has secured a third property management mandate from MONDEV, one of Montreal’s most respected and active real estate developers.

That’s right! Cogir is now tasked with managing the 19-storey Griffin Square located in the heart of Griffintown, one of the city’s liveliest districts. The property features 402 dwellings composed of bachelor units as well as one and two-bedroom apartments. The ground floor will soon be occupied by local businesses. This housing project consists of two buildings linked by a glass-enclosed footbridge providing a spectacular view of the inner courtyard below, a true haven.

There are many common areas. Occupants will enjoy many advantages such as a swimming pool, a rooftop terrace, shared workspace and a gym. Many conveniences are included, namely the household appliances and air conditioning.
