Griffin Square Joins the Multi-Residential Property Management Portfolio

Cogir Real Estate is delighted to announce that the company has secured a third property management mandate from MONDEV, one of Montreal’s most respected and active real estate developers.

That’s right! Cogir is now tasked with managing the 19-storey Griffin Square located in the heart of Griffintown, one of the city’s liveliest districts. The property features 402 dwellings composed of bachelor units as well as one and two-bedroom apartments. The ground floor will soon be occupied by local businesses. This housing project consists of two buildings linked by a glass-enclosed footbridge providing a spectacular view of the inner courtyard below, a true haven.

There are many common areas. Occupants will enjoy many advantages such as a swimming pool, a rooftop terrace, shared workspace and a gym. Many conveniences are included, namely the household appliances and air conditioning.

“I am quite proud of the great work done by my team in overseeing the Nuberri and the Domo that we have been managing for MONDEV since the summer of 2021. We are delighted to witness the growth of our partnership with this client. The Griffin Square is a brand-new, extremely well-located property offering great opportunities to its occupants,” says Jean-Marc Bélanger, operations vice-president in the multi-residential division.

Griffin Square joins 37 multi-tenant properties managed by Cogir in Montreal.
