The Station 7 Real Estate Project Officially Launches the Construction of its Third Phase

Station 7’s Maxime Latreille and Alexandre Jarry joined Cogir Real Estate’s Patricia Fiset, Saint-Jérôme’s acting mayor Nathalie Lasalle and the city counsellor for the district, Mr. Jean Jr. Désormeaux on January 27, 2022, for the official groundbreaking ceremony as Station 7 begins construction of its third phase. Located in the heart of Saint-Jérôme, Station 7 is the city’s largest rental condo project. Upon completion, the project will consist of six phases.

“The success of the first two phases exceeds our wildest expectations, particularly given the current context where in-person visits were occasionally suspended. We are now seeing a future full of hope and are looking forward to greeting our first Phase 3 tenants by this fall,” says Maxime Latreille, a Station 7 partner.
