Located in the heart of Saint-Jérôme, Station 7 is the city’s largest rental condo project. Upon completion, the project will consist of six phases.
“The success of the first two phases exceeds our wildest expectations, particularly given the current context where in-person visits were occasionally suspended. We are now seeing a future full of hope and are looking forward to greeting our first Phase 3 tenants by this fall,” says Maxime Latreille, a Station 7 partner.
“At a time when Quebeckers have rediscovered the pleasure of living in a natural setting and enjoying easy access to outdoor sporting venues, Station 7 blends the best of both worlds with its choice location, facing the train station and close to all services. Featuring bright and modern apartments, it has become the preferred location for the region’s inhabitants. We are quite proud to officially mark this day as the official start of construction for this project’s third phase. Every current and future tenant of the project will be able to access common areas that surpass one another either for indoor entertainment or socializing. They will also enjoy beautiful weather in an inner courtyard that will be spectacularly laid out,” adds Mr. Alexandre Jarry, also a Station 7 partner.
The project’s seven-storey third phase will have elevator service on each floor. It will feature 65 magnificent one, two and three-bedroom rental condos. All phases of the project offer numerous advantages. Among them, tenants will enjoy indoor parking, a gym area, friendly common areas such as a billiard room, a common kitchen, a lounge, a children’s game room, a relaxing sauna area and an outdoor terrace with barbecue and spa, to name just a few. Like Phase 2, this building will also include beautiful penthouses. With its attention to detail, high-quality materials and great illumination, Station 7 is the natural choice for those who want to enjoy everyday life to the fullest. Choosing to enjoy the fresh air and quick access to numerous sporting venues at the foot of the Laurentian mountains while being able to travel to the city with ease and comfort by commuter train clearly represents the best of both worlds!
