Cogir Wins a Major Management Contract in Ontario

Cogir is very proud to have won a management contract from Cherishome, a major real estate player. This development adds 4 new properties, representing 1,068 units, to the company’s multi-residential portfolio since October 1, 2019, bringing the total number of units under management in Ontario to more than 5,000.

These are the four new buildings:

The Fleetwood: 64 St-Clair Avenue West (97 units)
Elm Place: 200-222 Elm Street (387 units)
The Citadel: 701 Don Mills Road (333 units)
Summit Place: 1441 Lawrence Avenue (251 units)

Cherishome is a family-owned company that entered the real estate market in 1981 after acquiring its very first building. Since that day, its portfolio has grown to ten properties in Ontario and nine in the US states of Florida and Georgia.
