Cogir Management USA Adds Three New Retirement Communities to Its Portfolio

Cogir Management USA, Cogir Real Estate’s American property management company, continues its US expansion with the addition of three California communities. Joining the Cogir family will be Cogir of Turlock, an 85 unit assisted living and memory care community, Cogir of Folsom, an all memory care community with 66 units and Cogir of Brentwood, a 120 unit assisted living community which was purchased in partnership with Welltower. With the addition of these properties, this brings Cogir’s total US properties to 23 under management, representing over 3,000 housing units in the states of Washington and California, nearly double the size of the US operations one year ago.

These three retirement communities feature a variety of common areas catering to every taste. Among other things, residents can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, a movie theatre, a hairdresser, a restaurant, an art studio, a gym and much more! Cogir is also excited to embark upon improvement at each of these communities further enhancing and upgrading the resident experience.
