Cogir Enters the British Columbia Market with the management of Eight (8) Retirement Homes

Cogir continues its expansion, becoming on January 11, 2022, the co-owner and manager of eight (8) residences for independent seniors in Kelowna, British Columbia. Seven of these are part of the renowned Regency Retirement Resort banner with the eighth bearing the name Lakeshore Place. This adds 1,165 new housing units to the great Cogir family.
