Cogir Real Estate has been Mandated to Manage 25 New Retirement Homes in the Province of Quebec.

Cogir Real Estate is pleased to announce a new management mandate in the Quebec private retirement home market. The mission involves 25 residences located in different cities across the province. This represents 1,600 colleagues and just over 6,000 residents joining our extended family.

Cogir Real Estate has an existing business relationship with the company that owns the 25 buildings, as it already managed seven residences owned in part by this company.

Of the 25 residences, 9 will be renamed, while the other 16 will retain the name on which their reputation has been built. All residences will bear the Cogir seal of management quality.

The takeover was effective August 1, 2023. A dedicated team at Cogir is currently working on ensuring a smooth transition, with the primary objective of providing excellent service to residents and new colleagues.
