This unique 17-building project will be carried out in four (4) phases. In addition to the completed project’s 3,000 contemporary living environments, Affiniti will stand out with its many green areas and its exceptional meeting places that will promote human interaction and connection. Everything will be there to make this a lively neighbourhood where life is good, from the magnificent plaza at the project’s core to the many varied businesses it will encompass. To make this project even more inclusive, affordable social housing units will be included
“Every day, the Cogir team is seeking ways to give purpose to real estate. Affiniti is designed to develop the suburbs by taking into account today’s environmental issues such as urban spread. By offering lush green areas, nearby shops and businesses and meeting areas on a human level, Affiniti helps to combine densification, space and the pleasure of togetherness. I look forward to seeing this new district rise over the next few years,” states Matthew Duguay.
“We are delighted to today celebrate the start of construction in this district. As housing needs evolve, Affiniti will be offering many options to satisfy its occupants’ desires. It will feature a Mostra, a type of rental condo property that provides a turnkey housing concept. Moreover, to meet the needs of young pre-retirees and active retirees who are often seeking a bit more in terms of convenience and leisure activities in their building, we are launching the Mostra + concept. It will offer a range of à la carte services tailored to the needs of this clientele, such as restaurants, hairdressers and professional firms,” adds Raymond Paré.
As its name suggests, this district has been formulated with an ecological state of mind, with over 40% of its area dedicated to green spaces and its buildings designed for significant energy efficiency. The project will also offer the necessary infrastructure for recharging cars and other electric vehicles, as well as a car-sharing program. Starting in the summer of 2025, it will be possible to discover and reserve the various available units. The first building will greet its residents by the summer of 2026.
