Cogir Real Estate launches its fifth Mostra Rental Condo project, its second on the Island of Montreal

On May 26, Mr. Philippe Krivicky, president of Cogir Real Estate’s development and construction division, joined Ms. Mélanie Chauvette, senior regional director and Mostra project director and Mr. Karim Ahdab, project manager, real estate development, for the official groundbreaking ceremony marking the start of construction for the fifth Mostra rental condo project located on Sherbrooke Street East in Montreal.

This twelve-storey high-end rental project will feature 199 units,” states Mr. Philippe Krivicky.
