Appointment of Cogir Real Estate as New Manager of the 928 Rental Condo Complex L’Aventura in the City of Québec.

Cogir Real Estate is pleased to announce a new management mandate involving L’Aventura, a major housing complex in the City of Québec. This exceptional living environment in the heart of the Duberger District consists of ten (10) rental condo phases. L’Aventura features 928 apartments and various high-quality common areas that include a gym, swimming pools and businesses. This management change is taking place as the co-shareholders/owners seek to disassociate themselves from Groupe Huot and to regain administrative control of this magnificent complex. Consequently, Cogir has been given the mission to manage this gem.

Already renowned in the City of Québec’s real estate market, L’Aventura will retain its name, but will hereafter operate under the Cogir seal, hallmark of our management quality in the region for over 20 years.
