Cogir welcomes Lee Warren in its executive team.

We are very pleased to have welcomed Lee Warren to its Leadership Team on January10th, 2022. Warren is a seasoned commercial real estate executive and multi-residential leader, with two decades of industry experience.

In the newly created role of Managing Partner, Ontario and Western Canada, Warren will bring leadership and expertise outside the Province of Quebec, and drive efforts to further scale the firm’s management and investment platforms in Ontario and Western Canada. Warren will also concentrate on further developing and realizing the environmental, social and governance aspects of COGIR’s business strategy.

Warren joins COGIR from a major Canadian Life Insurance company, where he enjoyed a lengthy career as a real estate investment executive with broad responsibility for investment, asset management and development activities. Warren’s track record is characterized by portfolio growth, top-quartile investment returns and socially conscious investing, and his tenure with the life insurance company was notable for extensive transactional experience ($2B+ in completed deals) and leadership of a large portfolio.

Warren’s appointment with COGIR was effective January 10^th of this year.
