A New Residential Mandate in the Outaouais Region

Cogir Real Estate is quite pleased to announce its very first mandate with Dream, one of Canada’s best real estate firms, managing an estimated $12 billion in assets across North America and Europe.

Cogir will now be responsible for marketing and managing Aalto, a 15-storey residential property featuring 162 units located in the heart of the Zibi waterfront community. It is Zibi’s first rental property. This unique 34-acre community houses 5,000 people and provides a workplace for 6,000 individuals. There are over eight acres of public areas and waterfront parks in Zibi as well as more than a million square feet of commercial and retail space. It is one of the world’s most sustainable properties. It is also the first in Canada to receive approval as a world leader from One Planet Living, a universally recognized sustainability framework developed by Bioregional and the World Wildlife Fund.

Located on the banks of the Ottawa River, Aalto is Zibi’s innovative rental housing project.
