COGIR adds 290 new doors to its multifamily rental property management operations

Cogir is proud to announce that it has secured two new property management mandates in Montreal. Beginning today, a 219-door Old Montreal building that opened for business in the spring of 2019, together with a 75-door property in the city’s Quartier Latin are the newest additions to Cogir’s management portfolio.

“We are quite happy to have been given these two new mandates to manage such well-located buildings in Montreal. With a return to normal life expected within the next few weeks, we are very excited by the thought of partnering up with the owners as we seek a 100% occupancy rate in the coming months. These buildings are true jewels in terms of multifamily housing,” declares Jean-Marc Bélanger, Vice President of Multi-Residential Operations. “Both properties are recent constructions and feature apartments that are functional, bright and well suited to the respective client base. Moreover, in both cases, there are many restaurants, cafés, shops, cultural events, parks and theatres nearby,” he adds.
